Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
Corporate Strategy
– Develop and plan overall business management, corporate strategy, people management as well as implement key strategy to drive overall organization as well as be a leader to bridge all HRBP working closely with all stakeholders both internal and external
– Provide consult and recommendation of various project management for planning and managing human resource as well as set guideline of overall projects to encourage employee to work in line with strategic planning
– Drive and implement HR programs, processes and initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, employee development and organizational change in order to align with current business strategy
– Be a leader of core team to plan for developing of business strategy together with resource allocation in response to changes covering internal and external factors such as manpower preparation, organization restructure including corporate culture transformation
– Support the development and continuous improvement of all HR systems and policies in line with best practices.
– Work as business consultant & strategic partner with other departments to identify opportunities and areas of improvement organizational and people performance in line with business needs.
Training and People development
– Define and develop people management strategies, systems and tools for people management including monitoring trends in human resource management
– Design development program, plan for people development and manage career path (curriculum & learning structure) as well as gather business knowledge management database.
– Initiative and create modern & productive work environment, build branding and promote the image of people management.
Job Specification:
Knowledge/Certification:
Bachelors / Master degree in Human Resources or related field.
Skill/Abilities:
– Good knowledge of Organizational Development (OD) principles, theories, applications and tools.
– Proficiency in English
Experience:At least 5 years of Human Resources Management experience
– Good knowledge of Organizational Development (OD) principles, theories, applications and tools.
– Proficiency in English
