The Bilateral Education Project by Pranda, Nakhon Ratchasima branch, in collaboration with Suranaree Technical College, proudly achieved a new milestone. The project successfully sent a student representative to participate in the 34th Northeast Regional Academic Conference and Skills Competition, organized by the Bilateral Education Organization of Thailand. The event was held from January 7–9, 2025, at Khon Kaen Vocational College in Khon Kaen province.
From this prestigious competition, Mr. Wuttisak Khansan, a third-year student in the Dual Vocational Program, was awarded First Prize in Jewelry and Gemstone Design Skills. This achievement highlights Pranda’s commitment to fostering the potential of young talents and advancing Thailand’s jewelry and gemstone industry.
The Bilateral Education Project by Pranda started in collaboration with Kanjarapisek College for Goldsmiths in 2000. The program offers a comprehensive curriculum in jewelry and gemstone design under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, Ministry of Education. It combines theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical training, empowering students with high-quality learning experiences while improving their quality of life.
The success of this project stems from a strategic partnership between three key stakeholders: students, educational institutions, and industry practitioners. This collaboration ensures sustainable career development, aligns with labor market demands, and prepares Thai youth for professional roles in the jewelry and gemstone industry.
Pranda remains dedicated to nurturing young talent and promoting the skills of the next generation of artisans, helping them become essential drivers of Thailand’s thriving jewelry and gemstone industry.
