Pranda Jewelry Public Company Limited (“PDJ”) achieved an “Excellent” corporate governance rating for the 8th consecutive year, as recognized in the 2024 Corporate Governance Report (CGR) by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
In 2024, Pranda received a score of 108%, placing it in the 5-star “Excellent” category—well above the 84% average for listed companies. Out of 808 companies assessed, Pranda is among the 367 companies that scored 90 points or higher.
