Pranda Jewelry Public Company Limited (PDJ) has been awarded an “Excellent” (5-star) rating in the 2025 Corporate Governance Report (CGR) of Thai Listed Companies, marking the ninth consecutive year the company has received this recognition. The assessment is conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
This year, Pranda received an outstanding 98% score, well above the overall average of 83% among listed companies. The company is also among 374 firms—out of 844 evaluated—that achieved scores of 90% and above.
