Apr 10, 2026

Pranda recently hosted a graduation ceremony for students in its Bilateral Education Program in Jewelry, Batch 23, to celebrate 34 graduates who have successfully completed their Vocational Certificate (equivalent to upper secondary vocational education) for the academic year 2025. These graduates are now ready to embark on their professional journey as skilled artisans in the jewelry industry.

The program emphasizes a balanced integration of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience. Students are trained closely by Pranda’s highly skilled craftsmen and gain practical experience through real production processes, using professional tools, equipment, and materials under expert supervision at every stage. This comprehensive learning approach enables students to develop essential knowledge, technical skills, and work discipline—key foundations for long-term growth in the jewelry industry.

Mr. Pramote Tiasuwan, Managing Director of Production and the program’s initiator, delivered a keynote address to the graduates, highlighting that “patience and discipline” are the core qualities of a skilled craftsman. He emphasized that craftsmanship cannot be rushed but requires dedication and continuous practice. Those who uphold high standards and remain committed to their professional path will be well-positioned to create long-term value and achieve sustainable career growth.

Reflections from the graduates further underscore the value of the program. They view the bilateral education system as a vital opportunity that not only provides access to continued education but also equips them with practical skills through real-world experience. Close guidance from instructors and experienced craftsmen has played a significant role in building their confidence and professional capabilities.

The success of all 34 graduates reflects the development of a skilled and disciplined workforce, ready to become a vital force in the country’s jewelry industry.

Pranda’s Bilateral Education Program, operated under the “School in Factory” model in collaboration with the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, Ministry of Education, plays an important role in developing high-quality talent aligned with industry needs. At the same time, it contributes to preserving and elevating Thai jewelry craftsmanship to the international level in a sustainable manner.
