In observance of the Zero Discrimination Day and International Women’s Day, Pranda organized the activity “Open Minds, Moving Toward a Discrimination-Free Society.” The initiative aimed to promote a corporate culture that respects diversity and to reaffirm the company’s ongoing commitment to equality and non-discrimination in the workplace.
The activity provided employees from various departments with an opportunity to participate creatively through two engaging initiatives. The “Wall of Empowerment” served as a space where employees could write messages of appreciation and encouragement for their colleagues, reflecting a shared intention to foster a positive and supportive working environment.
Another activity, the “Letting Go of Bias Jar,” invited participants to reflect on their own perspectives and release personal biases, encouraging greater understanding and acceptance of differences among colleagues.
Employees who participated also shared reflections on their experiences.
Mr. Polvich Sri-ta said:
“Participating in this activity encouraged me to reflect on myself and try to reduce bias in my work. Working with others requires emotional control and patience. When challenges arise, we should discuss them rationally so that our work can move forward smoothly.”
Ms. Naphattharin Maseekuk shared:
“This activity encouraged me to rethink how I view others, because people may see the same situation from different perspectives. Being open to listening and adjusting our thinking helps build mutual understanding and creates positive energy in both work and everyday life.”
Ms. Thanyaporn Pahupamae added:
“The activity helped me learn to view others with greater understanding and to be open to different opinions. If something is unclear, we should talk openly, because the more we communicate, the smoother our collaboration becomes.”
These reflections from employees highlight meaningful participation and reinforce the importance of creating an open space where ideas and perspectives can be shared equally.

This initiative forms part of the company’s broader approach to human resource development and sustainability, which aims to foster a safe, fair, and inclusive workplace where every employee has the opportunity to develop their full potential. Such an environment serves as an important foundation for the organization’s long-term sustainable growth.
