Jul 2, 2026

Pranda Jewelry Public Company Limited has received the renewal of the certification under the Standard on Prevention and Solution to Drug Problems in an Establishment from Thailand’s Ministry of Labour, reaffirming the Company’s systematic approach to preventing and addressing drug-related issues in the workplace. The recognition reflects Pranda’s continued commitment to employee well-being and maintaining a safe, healthy, and drug-free working environment.

The award presentation ceremony was held on 26 June 2026 at the Ministry of Labour. The award was presented by Mr. Julapun Amornvivat, Minister of Labour, to organizations that successfully met the certification requirements. Pranda’s renewed certification is valid until 21 July 2028.

Pranda began implementing workplace drug prevention initiatives in 2013 under the White Factory Project, a Ministry of Labour program established to promote drug-free workplaces. The initiative was subsequently upgraded by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare to the Standard on Prevention and Solution to Drug Problems in an Establishment, under which Pranda has successfully maintained its certification through renewal every three years.

To maintain the standard, Pranda has consistently implemented comprehensive preventive measures, including a workplace drug prevention policy, employee awareness and education programs, continuous monitoring, and annual drug testing. These initiatives help prevent drug-related risks within the organization while fostering a safe and supportive working environment for all employees.

Maintaining the certification for more than 13 years reflects Pranda’s systematic approach to human capital management and employee care. By promoting employee well-being, workplace safety, and a drug-free organizational culture, the Company continues to strengthen responsible business practices while creating long-term value for its employees, the organization, and society.
