Pranda Receives Third Consecutive Renewal of CAC Certification

Apr 23, 2026

Pranda Jewelry Public Company Limited has been granted a third consecutive renewal of its certification as a member of Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) in 2026. The certification is valid for a period of three years, from March 31, 2026, to March 31, 2029, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and accountability toward all stakeholders.

This certification serves as a key mechanism in driving the company’s ESG framework, particularly in the area of governance. Pranda places strong emphasis on anti-corruption practices by establishing clear policies against all forms of bribery and corruption, alongside strengthening robust internal control systems that cover all business processes. These measures are designed to mitigate risks related to bribery and enhance the organization’s transparency in a tangible and consistent manner.

In addition, the company actively promotes ethical business practices across its supply chain, encouraging business partners and stakeholders to operate with responsibility, transparency, and accountability. Pranda also supports fair and transparent dealings with government entities, aligned with principles of fair competition and long-term sustainable development.

Pranda first declared its intention to join Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption in 2010 and achieved full certification in 2017. The company has since maintained its certified status through continuous renewals to the present day.
