Feb 25, 2026

Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya graciously presided over the opening ceremony of the 73rd Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair, one of the world’s leading international trade exhibitions for gems and jewelry.

On 22 February 2026, Her Royal Highness officially opened the Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair #73, organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce, in collaboration with the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) (GIT), at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).

On this auspicious occasion, Her Royal Highness performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony and viewed the “TREASURE OF DREAMS” exhibition — a high jewelry collection personally designed by Her Royal Highness. The collection reflects her vision to preserve and further develop Thai artisanal heritage, in continuation of the royal initiative of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother to promote Thailand’s gem and jewelry industry on the global stage.

Before departing, Her Royal Highness visited selected exhibitor booths, including the booth of Pranda Jewelry Public Company Limited. The delegation was graciously received by Mrs. Prapee Sorakraikitikul, Chairman of Advisor Board, Ms. Pittaya Tiasuwan, and Ms. Natha Khunprasert, Group Executive Director. This occasion marked a profound honor and a source of immense pride for the Company.

Blooming Connections: An Evening of Global Networking

On the same evening, Pranda was represented by Mr. Prida Tiasuwan, Founder Chairman of Pranda, and Mrs. Prapee Sorakraikitikul, Chairman of Advisor Board, who also serves as Advisor to the Thai Chamber of Commerce and President of the Gem, Jewelry and Precious Metal Traders Association. They attended the Networking Reception under the theme “Blooming Connections,” organized by the Lifestyle Product Promotion Division, Department of International Trade Promotion.

The event served as an important platform connecting industry leaders and business partners from around the world.

During the reception, Prima by Pranda Group presented exquisite pieces from the Grand Pavone Collection in a fashion presentation, highlighting distinctive design aesthetics and the exceptional craftsmanship of Thai artisans. The showcase left a strong impression on international guests and attendees.

Reinforcing Thai Craftsmanship on the World Stage

Pranda’s participation in the Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair #73 represents another significant milestone in presenting Thailand’s artisanal craftsmanship to the international market. Each creation reflects the expertise of master artisans, combining meticulous techniques, precision, and attention to every detail to deliver jewelry and art pieces of distinctive character and global standard.

Beyond demonstrating craftsmanship excellence, the fair also provided an important opportunity to engage with key clients from various countries, strengthen long-standing partnerships, and explore new collaborations to further expand in the global market.

The Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair is recognized as one of the world’s four most important gem and jewelry trade exhibitions. It plays a vital role in positioning Thailand as an international hub for the gem and jewelry trade, reinforcing the country’s strengths in quality, refinement, and highly skilled craftsmanship that are globally acknowledged.
