Pranda Jewelry Public Company Limited recently hosted an orientation to welcome new students to its Bilateral Education Program in Jewelry for the 2026 academic year. The new intake includes the 26th cohort from Bangkok and the 19th cohort from Nakhon Ratchasima. Parents were also invited to visit the company’s facilities and gain insight into the program, which combines classroom learning with hands-on industry experience to prepare students for future careers.
The program is a collaborative initiative between Pranda, Kanchanaphisek College of Goldsmithing, and Suranaree Technical College. It aims to develop a strong pipeline of skilled professionals for Thailand’s gems and jewelry industry by expanding access to education, strengthening vocational capabilities, and continuously nurturing young talent.
The curriculum is delivered at the vocational certificate level in accordance with the Office of the Vocational Education Commission under the Ministry of Education. It is designed to provide Thai youth with access to quality education, practical skills, and a clear pathway to stable employment—enabling them to build sustainable careers and support themselves and their families with pride under the concept of “Study Free, Graduate with a Career.”
Beyond expanding educational opportunities, the program plays a vital role in addressing long-term workforce needs by developing highly skilled artisans to support industry growth and mitigate the risk of skilled labor shortages. It reflects an integrated approach that aligns talent development with the company’s long-term business direction.
Pranda places strong emphasis on the quality of learning through intensive, hands-on training in jewelry craftsmanship, delivered by experienced artisans who are certified under national training standards. This ensures that knowledge transfer is practical, standardized, and aligned with industry requirements.
This initiative reflects Pranda’s commitment to creating shared value for society—by investing in people, expanding access to education, and strengthening Thailand’s skilled workforce to support the long-term growth of the gems and jewelry industry.
